Lipopenoplasty (penile surgery) is an intimate surgery for men who have problems related to the size or thickness of their sexes. It consists of lengthening the penis and increasing its thickness.
Overview of the surgery:
The operation is performed under general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia. A partial section of the suspensory ligament of the penis will allow the burial of the penis to lengthen it by 2 to 3 centimeters.
As for the thickening of the penis, it is done thanks to a lipofilling of autologous fat between the cavernous bodies and the skin. This fat is taken from somewhere in the patient’s body.
The operation lasts an hour on average and is very painless.
Results :
The result is almost immediate. It becomes final after a month. It can be improved by liposuction of pubic fat.
