Teeth Whitening “Zoom”
Procedure for a “Zoom” whitening session:
The entire procedure takes less than an hour, but regular cleaning of the teeth is recommended before the Zoom teeth whitening session. The procedure begins with a short preparation to cover the lips and gums, leaving the teeth exposed. Our dentist then applies Zoom Hydrogen Peroxide Whitening Gel, which works with Zoom light to penetrate the teeth and break down stains and discoloration.
The gel remains in place for 15 minutes while the light is activated. During this time, you can relax, watch TV or listen to music. The gel is applied during three 15-minute light activation sessions, for a total treatment time of 45 minutes.
Monitoring and maintenance of whitening effects:
You will receive a Zoom touch-up kit for household use including personalized bleaching trays. Follow your dentist’s instructions for when and how to use this touch-up kit.
To help maintain the whitening effects of your treatment, your dentist may advise you to avoid certain foods and beverages or to consume them in moderation to avoid staining your teeth. This includes tea, coffee, red wine … You will be very well supervised by our specialist to guarantee the result you want.
Whitening by gutters
Our dentist first performs a dental impression. Then, he makes aligners according to your dental impression. A kit containing a quality bleaching product (low-dose hydrogen peroxide gel), syringes and made-up gutters will be given to you with a very precise manual for application at home.
